On May 14 the European Academy of Business in Society (EABIS) and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), with academic support from the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) at Nottingham University Business School, successfully launched their 2nd European Survey on business in society and corporate responsibility (CR) issues in research, education and training.

This major project comes as part of a growing strategic partnership between EABIS and EFMD – respectively viewed as Europe’s reference networks on corporate responsibility knowledge development and learning and on management development. The data from the Survey will generate a world-leading, state of the art online resource: a Public Directory that will feature dedicated profiles of the participant institutions' leadership and innovation in these vital areas.

The 2nd European Survey builds upon an original initiative designed in 2003 by ICCSR in partnership with EABIS and EFMD. The resulting data was published in the public domain in the form of the European Directory on Corporate Responsibility Research and Education, accessible here.
